Seymour Snake Helps An Ant

Seymour  the Snake loves slithering around and playing with his friends. One day, while playing hide and seek with his friend Bertie, Seymour hears a soft voice coming from the rocks.

"Hello," the voice whispers.

Seymour looks around and sees a tiny ant looking up at him. The ant looks friendly but a little sad.

"Are you okay?" Seymour asks.

The ant looked up and said, "I am lost. My name is Andy."

"Do not worry," Seymour said with a smile. "I can help you find your home!"

Together, they start searching. They look under leaves and behind rocks. Seymour said, "Is your home near this big tree?"

"No," the ant said softly. "It is near the stream."

So, they slid towards the stream. On the way, they find Bertie the bird who was hiding in a bush.

Bertie said, "Seymour, who is your new friend?"

Seymour replied, "This is Andy the ant. I am helping him find his home."

Bertie said, "I know where the ants live! Follow me."

At last,, they arrive at a tiny hill near the stream. Andy the ant said, "This is my home! Thank you for helping me."

"You're welcome," Seymour said happily. "It was so nice to meet you," said Bertie.

Seymour, Bertie, and Andy said they would play together another day, but maybe not “hide and seek.”
